Long ago, I saw a video of a young, skinny, blonde singing a song titled Me and Charlie Talking. Not a hoops and polished video either, not like today’s ‘stories’. This was 2004, and I remember thinking oh boy this little girl is going to set country music on it’s rear end. That little girl was Miranda Lambert and she’s still going strong. Blake Shelton grabbed her and dropped her because of her success. He is a very fickle man. Stafani will find this out soon enough.

As a concert photographer I consider myself a visual artist. This is the best live performance and showmanship I saw in a long time. The interaction with the audience, removing mic from face area when not being used and not hiding behind an instrument during performance. Love it. ❤❤
