When I retired in 2010 we moved to my wife's home town of Jocotepec , Jalisco , we moved into what had been the guest house , of this five home house hold , all family , our house was just two bed rooms , a bath and a laundry room , we turned a storage room into our kitchen by opening a door way in the wall between . My inlaws have passed on and left the house to my wife .

Karen, you and Dave (with your mom and Augustin) have done a fantastic job with your house, it looks beautiful! Congratulations! Yes, I would definitely consider moving to a smaller town to save on housing.

You have made yourself financially secure and created a beautiful home. I’m not sure if you ever really had the chance to buy in Queretaro as you were quite inconspicuous about this, but it seems that in this case alls well that ends well. Good luck in your future

Congratulations, it looks beautiful. Are you at all worried about flooding in the future? If so, what kind of preventive measures were taken.
@LaKarencitaMXКүн бұрын
We wouldn’t say we’re worried, but it’s definitely something we think about. The government is already taking measures to prevent this issue in the future, as many neighborhoods were also affected.

Hi Karen, you've created a lovely home. Love the green tiles in the bathroom. I would be worried about another flood though. I know you probably love the house a lot now but you might consider selling it and getting another one that isnt in the flood zone?

Renovation looks great. I'm interested to know what the house was worth before the current renovation and what it is worth now. Also, how much houses in the area sell for, and how long it takes to sell an "average" house in the area. Good job.

So happy for you! It turned out so nice (you have good taste). I took my boyfriend to Tula on Friday. I had already been once a few years ago, but it was basically his first time (he went as a kid, but didn't remember). We had a great time in your city.

I love your home. It’s beautiful and more importantly you love it! That’s what matters. I would love to find a small home in a quiet small town with a slower pace of life. But where? I am older and need access to medical care. I’m healthy but that changes as one ages. It’s a dream. Perhaps it will come true. ❤

To renovate the flooded house, my biggest concern is what if there will be another flooding again? It won't be every year, but global climate is changing toward be more and more unpredictable, what if flooding becomes a norm of every 10 years, every 5 years 😢?

Gentrificadores
@LaKarencitaMX5 сағат бұрын
