I’ve lived in Russell County my whole life! I grew up on Lake Cumberland as my back yard.. as a boater and a marine mechanic I can tell you equivocally that I would keep my eyes in front and would not look back.. this lake has been known to destroy many boats and outdrives from logs floating just under the surface of the water…. Just saying!!
