i'm like 10 days late to this vlog but what i love to do in the summer is blend baby spinach with water and freeze it in ice cube trays and use those for smoothies! i feel like it kinda helps with the taste too, like you barely realize it's there!

Magnesium bisglycinate is more gentle on the bowels than other forms of magnesium (less likely to give you digestive upset/diarrhea)- of course smaller dose may help too :)

Great tips thanks! 🙏 Have you seen Lab Muffin Beauty's video about different kinds of sunscreen? She tested the different ones like liquid, powder, and stick and noticed that some didn't provide the SPF coverage that you would want it to have/think you're getting! I definitely recommend it 🏖️🌞
