There are definitely in deep water but really scattered with guys picking up fish at all depths. It seems like the spawn was spread out so fish at different stages is keeping them spread out.

Early in the season the best fishing is at night off Hamburg which is a short run from the harbor. Fish are caught in less than 15’ trolling cranks. That bite lasts several weeks. Thanks for watching.

How many ounce in line sinkers are you using in that 50 feet are you right on bottom ?

We’re using a 3 ounce weight 50’ in front of the bait and then drop it until it hits bottom and put it in the rod holder.
