Real estate video’s have huge upside and most are terrible. At least yours isn’t in that category and you’ve got the right idea. It’s not too long and a decent presentation of the property which is supposed to be the star. A little more polish and your presentation will excel. Just remember it’s all about the property, not the agent. Too many agents make their property marketing about them, not their clients asset. Thank goodness you’re not doing that. Value frequently in the dirt: location, location, location. My hse is 850sf 2/2/2 on zero lot line . Paid 500k. Been here 6yrs. Worth a million now. Dont worry. When we die our kids get it .

How can you honestly show this home with this prepared speech and not laugh at the fact that a home in Alabama that is worth $650k is now 1.2 million usd? Housing market is a joke and there are not enough high paying jobs here. Greater fool theory. Dudes making $150k sell their house they bought for $350 for $650k and roll up into this overpriced “gem” god this will end horrifically
