It used to be so beautiful with all the trees before April 27, 2011. We will get back to that before too long! Still gorgeous! Glad you enjoyed our little state park!

Hello my friend. I have driven through Alabama but never had time to stop. Thanks for taking us to this lovely place. Lake Guntersville State Park is so beautiful. Amazing landscapes and great views of the lake. Looks like a great campground. Have a nice day.

Looks gorgeous with the lake and the hills in the background! Not as private or wooded as we usually like, but sure is pretty! ;-) The tent camping on the lake looks great! Really enjoyed the tour! 💙Terry and Terri

It really is! And the rest of the park makes up for the lack of privacy (wooded) part! Thanks for watching 💙

Was all tall tall pines and barely any grass before the tornadoes came through in 2011. I was away with the military at the time and knew it was bad when a sgt major came and got me directly along with anyone in the south pretty much that day and told us to call and check on our families. The hardwoods are coming in nicely 🤙🏽

Thanks for the video . I'm looking at going there next month You mentioned section B is smaller and Tight, that's the area i was looking in because it shows the spots being longer with more sqft . Should i be looking in a different area in the park I want full hook ups and a longer site. Thank you

Thanks for watching 💙 1 - 33 are definitely too tight for us (43' rig) but I think 35 - 51 are a little better 😉

Yep! Luckily, we saw them, and we were going super slow - but they weren't paying attention to us at all 🫣

It's the loudest, noisiest, rowdiest campground I ever stayed in. I swore never again. Around 2 AM fellow campers started accosting kids on bicycles. Never again.
