LAKE LAS VEGAS // Things to do, see, and eat at the lake

Lake Las Vegas is just a short car ride from the Las Vegas Strip. This video will show you a day tour and some of the things you may want to do, see, and eat while at the lake .
Make sure you arrive early because time flies by at Lake Las Vegas. It is almost considered to be a tiny village but you will not be disappointed with the variety of restaurants, bars, lounges, coffee shops, grocery store, golf courses, and even a gelato shop. They even have hotels here like a a Hilton and a Westin. There are so many water activities including kayaking which I will show you in this video. I am impressed. I have been watching your videos in reverse order over the last week when you-tube recommended you. All this time I have been under the impression that you did not like to set foot in the less mainstream. You have proven me wrong yet again. I now know you do make it to Fremont and now I see you have been to the abandoned Three Kids Mine. It closed in 1961 and that wheel of misfortune was painted in 2011 I believe. Just be aware that that area is contaminated with mercury and lead. As long as you don't suck on the rocks or eat the sand you will be fine.

We were there a couple of years ago and it appears that there are more people and things there now. There was a casino there, but I think they may be closed? I don't know. We were there first time before the housing crisis and it was booming. After that, we went there and it was almost a ghost town. Glad they're making a comeback. Thank you for the video.

I struggle here, it's so far out and, uses a weird structured water system - the water comes from Las Vegas Valley Water District but for how long? Marie Osmond makes her home here so you may catch her at these places...but end of the day you depend on the deals made by the contractor of Lake Las Vegas.

But from i can name off my head, i'd say Adventuredome, Midway at Circus Circus, Excalibur and NYNY have arcades, Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay, The High Roller, Rainforest Cafe is a cool restaurant for kids, honestly i would have a blast just walking the strip at night!
