I think you've outdone yourself this time, Stefanie! What an incredible set of buildings! The garden and terraces really help to make the property special. I love the re-use of the powerplant, but I can't help thinking the lower floor looks like it should be a coffee shop or bakery. That small waterfall is enchanting--not many people can say they have a waterfall on their property!

Stunning location, you would never tire of the view and the sound of the waterfall, and the villa exudes Italian style. Could be used in a James Bond Film! This is by far the most amazing property ever to have a great time with your family. Imagine the misty mornings with your family having tea in the high garden. This property is absolutely mindblowing.The villa is exquiste but I must admit that I didn't expect the dependence to so delightful.The interior contrast with the exterior whether the top more modern floor or the ground floor.I guess that the access to the dependence is though the road and I wonder why the owner never thought of linking the two by wooden bridge.

In Italy, all rivers and streams are publicly owned. It would be a complex process to get permission to build a bridge. I live by Lake Maggiore, though on the Lombardy shore, and I have a bridge to access my house. It was built illegally in 1965 and the process to make it legal is still not finalised afterowning the house for more than 7 years! Plus, I have to pay an annual tax, Polizia Idraulica, currently 152 euros, which is more than the other property taxes. So, hence no bridge, I expect.

That is a really interesting property/properties. Definitely got loads of potential. A road is right by the house, which I do not like, however if it's a small road with no HGV's going down it then that would be ok. Many many features of the property were fantastic. Stephane gets better and better at presenting. I also think she gets more beautiful, "this is for the community steph" 😄.....I only say these things with respect and kindness. I would love to see the bloopers ....lol

Gorgious villa. But I want to give my compliments especially to the artist(s ?) who created the fantastic paintings, I'd be interested to know if they are included in the sales (not that this property would be anyway near by budget though, just curious). Easily fixable minus is the wall colour of the upper floor in the dependance, it looks depressing and darkens the interior terribly. Out of interest too: would it be allowed to build a bridge on the property side (above the waterfall) to connect both buildings? Other than that, simply stunning and much more beautiful than most of the newly built mansions.

First of all thank you for your comment, I'm glad you enjoyed the property! There are the approved permits to add a common parking space between the properties that could be used as a sort of "bridge" between the two, regarding the artwork I believe that something could be arranged ;) - Stefanie

The villa is absolutely stunning and no, this villa costs quite a bit more ;)... Yes there are some properties is less populated desirable areas of the country (unlike this stunning lake front villa) that go for 1 euro but the burocratic process is quite complicated. - Stefanie

I don't agree with your statement, when you are inside the house there are no sounds of cars and outside you can hear the sound of the water and waterfall... However I understand that the property isn't for everyone ;) - Stefanie

If that was mine…permission/permits, whatever was necessary..I’d create a fabulous restaurant in the Dependence, I envision taller cafe tables along the narrow walkway, tables and benches along the terrace, lots of flowering plants, and superb Chef, turn villa into fabulous Inn, and of course keep my wondrous private quarters with smaller deck. Clients, as well as I want the master suite, decked out full luxury. I’ve NO problem in a smaller suite, because, you know-Honeymooners! 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
