What another exceptional property in Tuscany. Full of classy culture of Italy countryside. I agree with you Stephanie for the infinity pool as it well balanced to the main building. I also like the outdoor dining area. Such an amazing view. I can’t imagine the luxury to have dinner under sunset there. Again you and your team did a great job! It’s genius whenever Stefanie shares something that adds value to the property. A perfect example is when she talked about Augusto Rey’s celebrated platonic love for the daughter of the neighboring Sala Family. Stephanie, as always spectacular property! Location is fabulous. All the amenities one needs. However, I will state their decor is a bit too much and a clashing of colors and clutter. My opinion only I’m sure lol. Which leads me to the question; is furniture, mirrors large items like paintings etc included in sales? If so how often? Would it be part of the purchasing price, or in addition to? I realize many items family heirlooms and will be removed. I’m torn in the expense of furnishing such a big place, so every little bit helps. I WOULD be recovering some items lol. Thank you as all your hard work pays off and your sales soar! 🙏🏻🤔❤️

Thank you for the questions... most properties do not come furished, however for those that do it is very subjectie on the owner. Some owners wanto to leave everything while others are willing to leave a part of it. in both cases the price of the furniture is usually calculated separately from the sale price of the property - Stefanie
