Hello hope your well. I'm looking to have a second home in Muskoka area 2027. Probably Bracebridge or Gravenhurst. The only thing that bothers me is will I be lonely? Do people keep to themselves over there or are they social? Also Muskoka looks very rural and I wonder if I will be able to socialize? Also 3 teenagers on tow. Thanks for the uploads, helps me understand the life better. All the best to you and your family. Got to admit I was giggling at the end there.....looks fun. U.K

Hi my friend. I m from Ukraine,Kharkiv . I m newcomer to Canada, like refugee. We are escaped from the war . Many Canadian help us We live in Canadian family and they showed to us many places. Muskoka one of them. It was very interesting see this place. I don’t know about socializing in cities near Lake Muskoka. Sorry. Yevhen Matz

Hey there I spent nearly every summer in Bracebridge at my grandparents house and I can say without a doubt that there is a very vibrant and booming community. There is always plenty of events during the summer and winter months. IMO you would not be disappointed with living anywhere in Muskoka area. Just remember though that over half of the population in Muskoka and area don't live there for at least half the year but cottage there so in the summertime/fall it is very busy with tourists. If you do make it out there you should most definitely check out Santa's Village and Sportsland it's Santa's summer home and fun for all ages.
