sorry its taken so long to reply - for hike a bike I would personally go for the 238 242 or 332 or 333 - reason being that the heel on the 219 is slightly looser so ive had heel slip with that shoe on steeper gradients. the 238 242 and new 333 all have features on them that minimise heel slippage
