Same here. At least we got to fish it when the water was warm during winter. I may go over there in the next few weeks.

@@TheTinHorseMonty I know this is off subject, but what do you think of lake Girardeau? Been thinking about going and checking it out since it's less than 2 hours away from me.
@TheTinHorseMonty5 жыл бұрын
I would go check something else out. I fish there a few times a year and it has a good population of 12" fish but big ones are hard to come by. I think it's 162 acres. Not sure if you've fished Duck Creek or not but it's a fun lake to fish. It has a good population of fish in all sizes. It' near Puxico MO
@nathangibson32645 жыл бұрын
@@TheTinHorseMonty ok, thanks for the info. Is duck Creek fiberglass friendly?
@TheTinHorseMonty5 жыл бұрын
Yes. It's a 10 horse limit lake but you can idle around with any size motor. It's full of grass,pads and cypress trees. The grass and pads get pretty thick.From now til around late April it's easier to get around. I have a video on it if you want to see what it looks like.

Couldn't reply to your other comments for some reason. Those baits are in route to Tackle Warehouse and should be up on their site in the next few weeks. They are worth the wait. Cumberland Pro has been doing upgrades and redesigns to a lot of their products and they are finally rolling them out to the public. I thought they would be on Tackle Warehouse by the time this video dropped but things are moving slow during the pandemic.

You, Jeremy and Wes form a great band. Nice job on video too. Thanks for posting. BTW, what's ur favorite between Egypt, Kinkaid and Cedar? Or do you have other favorites?
@TheTinHorseMonty4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! We've had some fun times. Best of friends! I spend more time on Cedar but I enjoy all 3. They all fish differently offer a great learning ground. Egypt is a better winter lake. I spent some time at Pyramid State Park this year and made a few videos. Those lakes are a lot of fun to.

Thanks for the feedback. How'd you guys do? I'm going to try to fish the next one. Hopefully they will be biting all over the lake by then. Say hi if you see me at the next tournament.

Had a limit but only managed 2 overs. Finished in 10th with 7.52. Yeah it should definitely be better by the next 1..Will do!

Hopefully we will both do better next tournament. It's a fun circuit and the entry fee is reasonable. See ya on the water.

Another good vid, what was the size limit for the tournament ?? Doesn't take many boats on a lake Egypt to made it fish small. What was reason a A rig could not be used ? Fish a tournament on KY lake that they wouldn't let us use a A rig , though that was silly but . Jigs look great will have to check that out. Tight lines
@TheTinHorseMonty5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Billy. Always appreciate the feedback!! There's a 14'-16'slot on Egypt.Only 4 fish allowed. We could keep up to 4 over 16". A small limit would be 4 fish under 14". You can keep any combination of 14" and 16" fish but not more than 4 fish total.Egypt fishes pretty small for sure. Not sure why they have the A-Rig rule. Both USA Bassin and Anglers Choice don't allow it. I guess it evens the playing field. Shannon makes some good jigs.Take care buddy.
