Hey Kail, I've got a few questions. 1: which 2 colors of the gambler frog have been most productive for you? 2: how much of the skirt are you trimming off? 3: I've only been popping frog fishing for a year now and have only caught around 100 fish doing it, when you guys crouch down and say one is under it (i've seen you and Bradley, and a few other Florida guys do it) Are you seeing fish wake up on it like they do to a Big EZ, a boil, a missed strike? it's hard to tell with angles and go pro quality? What do you do to illicit a strike? Sorry for the paragraph 😂 I've been fishing by myself for the past 7 years and don't get to fish with other experienced guys much aka ever, only with partners that fish with me and I teach them everything wrong on purpose.

It’s hard to pick just 2 but Purple flash, yellow belly, sunfish and black are my personal favorites. I trim about half of the skirt off. Typically when you see us get “on point” it is because we saw some sort of disturbance around our frog whether it was a wake, boil or a missed strike. I hope this helps and thank you for watching!!

Do you fish the frog when it’s pretty choppy ? Or is it better the calmer it is ? 👍👍

Great video I see the website if the rod i don't see 7.4 frog rod only 7.4 it's the chatter bait rod ?
@KailStevensFishing9 ай бұрын
The 7’4 frog was a custom build I had Scenko Stix make. It’s essentially the 7’2 royal flush just 2 inches longer.
