Was planning on fishing Lake Okeechobee the middle of January but we had a tornado come through Clearwater and dropped a huge oak tree on my 2072 grizzly. Hoping to get out there by the end of February or first part of March. Enjoyed the video Brent….👍🇺🇸🙏

I used this video in an Amazon review of the B&M BANO1 to show people how it's used. Seems some were confusing it with a conventional spinning, etc, reel. I'm a homeboy near you in Floral City. I'm super anxious to get out on the water and try this new [to me] fishing method. Driving down Gobbler Drive I can see from the road exactly where I'll start out.

hey bro not sure where you caught the ones we got from you but they are the biggest I have ever had the pleasure of eating . Thank you so much.

Glad you guys liked them! Those are Okeechobee natives!

On my crappie measurer I took a Dremel with a small cutting disk and cut a slit right on the 10" mark. Makes finding that length a lot easier. Don't have to spend as much time seeing if it measures long enough.

What’s the brand of pole you are using to move the vegetation?? Thanks

It's a homemade deal with some angled steel at the end

What do you use to pull holes in the grass?
@brentallenoutdoorsfl8 ай бұрын
I'm using a homemade deal. Basically a telescoping pole with a piece of angled aluminum at the end welded on. You can use all sorts of similar things though like rakes, etc, that will do the same thing.

I was there this Saturday. We hammered them! What kind of pole do you use? ACC is well known but, do you use anything else? That’s more cost efficient 😂
@brentallenoutdoorsfl9 ай бұрын
I’ve been loving my Ozark Hybrid! Can’t say it’s any cheaper than ACC, but feels awesome. B’n’M has the Tree Thumper which is equivalent to ACC, just a tad lighter (and cheaper)

Love the videos!! Keep them coming. I have to try this technique up here in 🇨🇦. How deep is the water under the mat of weeds?
@saintatcfam70088 ай бұрын
@@barrymark430 I honestly couldn’t tell you. I’m new to fishing for them like this. But Da Thump!! It’s addicting 😂. It’s probably three to four feet at parts. Like I say “ I’m new to this style “ but super affective. I hope it works for you up there.
