I don't know about everyone else on here, but when you think of a classic lake house in the beautiful state of Maine, this is an image that would come to mind (at least if you are thinking of a lake house on a big lake)--just beautiful! I'd divide that upstairs room into 2 bedrooms and then see if there's any way to get a shower up along with that half bath--although that home could certainly accommodate a number of folks, all using one bathroom for a shower might get old real quick. Other than that, just a beautiful property--thank you, Mr. Moore, another great video!

My aunt and uncle had a house in a very nice neighborhood, it had 3 large bolders at the street corner, round smooth and the center one was about 6 foot tall. They were surrounded by srubs and a flower bed. People loved them so much, they wanted the same. In reality they were left by the builders, as they were unable to remove them.

You are right but big 16,000 acre lake parked out front does not hurt the excitement of being on your own Maine lake property. Nothing compares seeing your kids swimming, cousins water skiing and the cookouts on the deck. The fun on the water all four seasons. Grab a paddle, let's kayak. Listen to loons. Build a fire for the circle of chairs.

I know exactly where that place is, it's just too bad it doesn't have better water access for that price. Not good for swimming, and the firepit on the deck is a bit silly when you have such a big yard, but the camp itself is nice.

There is a ring for fires down by the waterfront and protecting the shoreline from erosion is what this lot gets an A+ for... one big lake and with a dock, wharf you go out as far as you want to dive in and take a dip.

Please include a direct link to the listing from now on, I notice every video there isn't one and it's the most basic thing a realtor can include with these type of videos. 9 links and none of them go directly to the listing. The website isn't the greatest either and the search function doesn't work properly, I'd recommend paying someone to completely redo your website. United country lifestyle properties of Maine always has a direct link with their videos like many other realtors do. If a realtor wants to make a sale then make it easier for potential buyers.

Consider smaller lake, what about a lake lot ? Remember, you can rent these properties on Maine lakes for $1000's a week when your lake is in the top ten largest. East Grand is number 8 and soooo clean, unspoiled.
