Yo, me and my dad went for smallies this morning on the south end of the lake. Was really cold and windy right as we got out there. Caught 3 right off the bat and then slowed down. Finally the sun came up and we were catching some. We ended up catching 15 smallies and a walleye. The bite was really tough today, maybe because of the cold weather we have had
@ExtremeOutdoorsmen5 ай бұрын
Hey what’s going on man!! That’s awesome you and your dad got out, love to hear it. And yeah my dad and I went out a few days ago and it was super tough we didn’t catch anything until around 4:30pm. Seems like they are biting better in the afternoon 👏🏼

We went out Sunday and the storm had them with lock jaw we could see them on live scope but they wouldn’t hit we caught a few but not like we thought my son got a 20 inch. The water was stained after that wind and rain but I’ve seen it worse
@ExtremeOutdoorsmen5 ай бұрын
Dang sorry to hear that man! It can be tough out there some days. And tbh the dirtier the water my dad and I found the more fish we caught and bigger ones. It seemed like the clean water they would spook easier and not bite 👋🏼 thanks for Watching man!

Hey me and my dad are fishing smallies in the morning on the south end of the lake, when you fish smallies this time of year do you fish them right at daybreak or wait for it to warm up
@ExtremeOutdoorsmen5 ай бұрын
Hey what’s going on man!! And good luck out there tomorrow, hope you guys catch some big ones. And tbh man, this time of year we always do better later in the day when it warms up. But you can still go out there and catch em but the bigger fish bite later in the day 👍🏻
