who ever is driving the video car must be local. Notice how they do not seem to understand what the arrows are trying to indicate as they drive through the parking lot the wrong way. Around Lake Stevens people rarely stop for stop signs, do not yield at yield signs, and drive the wrong way. But it is a very nice community. Thank You "City Cruise".
