When you are on tour, you must sing with the idea that you must be able to do at least 90 minutes 3 to 5 days a week. There is a technique to this. I'd say see what she does the last date of the tour. In fact, in this performance you can hear she's uncustomarily pitchy and cracking a little. I haven't a clue how touring singers do it, because you basically have a perpetual sinus infection or cold because you are going to different places all the time. Plenty of Throat Coat Tea and honey is part of it, I am sure.
