We were in the middle of a heat wave here on the west coast. The water was a little warmer than the ocean in SoCal. A lot of people don't know how cold the water is in California.🥶🏄♂

Those rings were probably on a towel and the person forgot that they were there. They definitely look like silver. Native American jewellery, by the looks of them.

when's there's groups of stuff in the area it's the mostly likely cause.

9:32 looks like a huge ring, you know whats funny, im pretty fat and i found a HUGE tungsten carbide wedding band, im like wow thats a big ring how big was the person who lost it, i put it on and it fit me perfectly LOL i guess i know how big they were lol

Makes ya wonder how they loose big rings not tiny by a long shot got a massive skull ring years ago 925 as well over 10grams 😂 on a bike track of all places had to of been pissed I think I know if I had it on a finger ya think one would notice.😂😂
@SeekandDetect2 ай бұрын
the heavier the ring the easier to fall off?🤔
@brettellis18372 ай бұрын
@@SeekandDetect possible but ya think one would feel it see Lake in question had trouble with invasive fish knocked the native trout around that should be in there. Ripper clear water be a top dive in thermal gear. Shallow but it's not a big pool hey. Love that clean sand very nice.

Finding a bunch of rings, best i ever found was three in one area, and none of them were junkers, one was the tungsten carbide ring i was talking avout before, triton brand, and the other 2 were thin silver girls rings All found within 20 minutes of eachother i was ecstatic I havnt found a ring in a minute tho, im definitely due if i can get my butt off youtube and out the door
@SeekandDetect2 ай бұрын
video i put out a couple weeks ago, all the rings were within about a 10 yard circle.😛
@digginggopher2 ай бұрын
29:50 so thats where they are when they leave my area, good riddance lmao As far as i know they only go as far south as to find open water, although maybe thats wrong because my water is still open and they are gone

we get them here in SoCal. Often see them gathered on golf courses.

Hi Eric, I used to hunt Tahoe allot but have cut way back since some of the rangers have cracked down on detectors. Their reasoning is you can’t keep anything historical. It’s been years since I found that sort of stuff and then the lake was at its lowest point ever.
@SeekandDetect2 ай бұрын
I was actually sitting on the beach relaxing and a guy walked right in front of my with a Manticore, local guy. We chatted for a bit. He had another friend with him too.

@@SeekandDetect I know and it is okay. But there are some rangers that enforce the state park rules.
@shooterjohn71632 ай бұрын
The prohibition of metal detectors and other geophysical discovery devices is in effect for the protection of cultural and historic resources, and for consistency with other laws surrounding the California Code of Regulations (CCR).
