Hey I actually saw a podcast where you were talking about fungal overgrowth as well. Can you possibly update us on which test you take to find out where your levels are at? Also have you ever tried any anti-microbials like wormwood, black walnut, clove or anything like that? I also have seen some videos related to your diet and I’m not tryna be rude, but for your caloric intake, I’d be very curious to see the amount of stomach acid your body produces. When I was on a big cut, I would have symptoms of SIBO and fungal overgrowth. And the doctors told me I was on too much of a caloric deficit. They asked me to start taking Betaine HCL after each meal and that helped. But I would also recommend checking out ur entire B vitamin panel, increasing amino acid intake. Most of all I would strongly suggest increasing ur overall caloric intake by 500-700 calories atleast. Don’t drink water with ur meals or anything that has a high ph. It will dilute ur stomach acid. Increase sodium intake as well( this should naturally increase stomach acid)
