Doing this during winter! Day 1 (12/27): my legs were BURNINGG. I was able to finish it but not without 15 second breaks!!

Doing this for a month Disclaimer: I know I am young and all and I shouldn’t be worrying about my weight but I want to start before it’s later in my life and it gets harder to keep up with it Day one: finished it, definitely felt the burn but will come back to do it tmr!!

Starting tracking today, started yesterday 😭 Starting at around 153 pounds, I’m quite overweight and I wanna get fit ❤️ Day 1: lazy and took long period breaks, could definitely feel the burn ✅ Day 2: took shorter breaks and continuously did the exercises, they were quite hard ✅

i’m gonna try to do this for two-three weeks!! remind me!! Day 1 - this was a little hard i had to stop through most of the segments but i completed it! the butterfly kicks HURTTT! No results so far (expected lol) Day 2 - Wasn’t as bad, i didn’t take as many breaks and i definitely felt the burn but not too much!! Again, not much of a result as it’s only day 2.

I’m doing this for a month. I’m gonna try and stay consistent. Day 1:✅ I did fine, I got tired on some of the exercises but I worked through it. My legs and arms hurt a bit but I’m kinda excited for tomorrow(btw I did some other workout videos as well). 😄🤪 Day 2:✅ I woke up sore but still exercised, took a few second breaks but made it. My body is still sore but day 2 complete yay! 😁

Day1: the basic crunches in the end and the bycicles were the killers for me, other than that it's probably fine, just my stupid headphones keep falling off. I want to keep doing it for 2 weeks maybe Day 2:omg this felt so much shorter than last day. BUT not easier. I survived it though I could feel my cat's judging stare from across the room

Trying this as a girl who’s been flat her whole life w fast metabolism Day 1 : burnssss but no difference! Trusting the process! Day 2 : still burns! Could barely walk today, GREW ONE CENTIMETER IF I AM MEASSURING RIGHT?? I am prob being delusional Day 3 : doesn’t hurt as much as the other days but I am either delusional or I grew another centimeter?

Okey I am going to do this everyday for 3-4 weeks cuz it winter break and I have ate to much ! Day 1: I have never felt this much burning while doing a workout but it feels good so remind me for tomorrow and it was so hard but it will get easier and better 😊

@@Keineahnung-x2t ok i think if u want to eat snacks and stuff u need to find substitudes like if u want to eat gummies than eat like a fruit instead if u have one or you will restrict how many gummies you eat so instead eat like 2 instead of 8. And for drinks if u want to drink soda than take a sugarfree version because it will help a bit or u can buy these liquids u mix with water that are sugarfree and drink instead of juice.

okay guys here we go i started yesterday: Day 1: It was not that hard but still felt the burn✅ Day 2: Sore from yesterday, but still pushed through with a lot of breaks so ended up taking me about 15 minutes✅ Day 3: Still sore from yesterday and I also took a 30 minute walk before and 20 minutes on a swing, I did take less breaks but it was still tiring✅ Day 4: I took even less breaks than yesterday and its getting easier, no results so far ✅
