You guys it works!! I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now and I see definition! I’ve been eating lots of protein and have been incorporating cardio along with this workout. Make sure to drink lots of water and you will definitely notice and feel the change!

Its my first day doing this exercise(consistent) with chloe ting 2 week exercise and fit with dora abs and boot i hope i will be regular with my exercise with no diet (weak point) Day one completed❤- (im lying i will do it after writing this comment) I feel so tired i am NOT doing all the jumping part instead i did 100 crunches

I first started at 247lbs Jan 1st but I also go to the gym so keep that in mind. I do this workout once a day ( morning to afternoon depends when I have time then) I go to gym evenings. I don’t really count carbs but I do watch what I eat. I did lose 6 pounds (241lbs) Friday Jan 17. ( I did add 3 30sec planks at the end of the workout and wall push-ups since I can’t do actual push-ups) 1 full week of gym without this workout then added this workout to my routine . I do go to gym Mon-fri sat n Sun vary. ( I also only drink water ) Today I’m starting to do this workout twice or three times a day plus gym to see if it helps me more. Edit: I didn’t go to gym yesterday but I did do the workout 3 times and I definitely see a difference now. My gut would hang and now it’s picking up.

Other tips for a flat stomach: Calorie deficit (please don’t go under 1,500 a day it’s unhealthy) Balanced diet (don’t steer away from junk food, just try following the 80/20 rule wear 80% of your diet is healthy foods and the 20% is treats) Stay positive and motivate yourself to workout! Don’t give up❤️

chat, im doing this exercise for 5 months now and I still dont have the abs. I also do 20:4 fasting. Is my fats just concentrated in my belly? Im a 44kg btw. I can do this exercise with ease now and can feel hard muscles within but no abs 🥺

I will started to do this for 3 weeks (i will do at the same time other routine of daisy keech for sumer abs): Day 1: i did it, but with 20 second of break and make me feel my abs was burning Day 2: i did it with 20 second of break to, and it is a little more easily Day 3: I DID THE ROUTINE WITHOUTH BREAKSS, but my abs are really burning now (i know that is more early now, but i started to see many changes🎉) Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Day 15: Day 16: Day 17: Day 18: Day 19: Day 20: Day 21 (the lasttt):
