chuck, you mentioned a few years back that you could find grass while moving pretty quickly on plane. you have a ranger as do i and they have several small steps back there. how do you mount the transducer to read at speed? thanks, k

You need a high speed through-hull transducer that is epoxied inside the hull of your boat… as far towards the back and center as you can get it. I’m no longer in a Ranger. I’m now running a new brand that launches at the BassMasters Classic

Shore fishin is underrated. Lake lily has monsters, cranes roost has some decent fish too. My PB came from shore fishing a retention pond. maitland/winter park chain has a lot of fish too, just pressured. Lake orienta has a boat ramp and fished that one with success. Same with lake Fairview, lake destiny has a ramp and it’s “private” but it’s never enforced.
