Lake Wobegon Trail - Minnesota

The full length of this paved trail is 65 miles. We rode only a portion of it from St Cloud to Albany and then turned to ride over to Holdingford to see the covered bridge. We did venture out a bit on the SOO Line Trail and soo glad we did because we were hungry and surprisingly found a lunch oasis at the Art in Motion BOHO Cafe.
Someday we will return to pick up where we left off and finish riding the trail in its entirety. There is not a whole lot of shade that I can remember, so picking a cooler month might be advisable.

I just rode a portion of this a couple weeks ago. Was in Minnesota a couple days. Waite Park to Avon and back. It's a smooth and beautiful trail. Next time I'm up north I plan to ride the whole trail. Minnesota trails are awesome.

Can you drive to the covered bridge?

You can't drive up to the bridge, but it's just at the edge of town (Holdingford). You could easily walk to it.
