It's important to remember that Fox is 27 and Reaves is 26. The future timeline of both is about the same and shouldn't be a hang-up. Unless you are talking about the picks, which won't mature until the 2030s, and that's if you hit the right ones. You can always rebuild, and you're never guaranteed to turn out like OKC/Rockets. And they might not even win or get to a championship with everything they have.
