Great job on the coaches but those coaches are not there because of Rob, they’re there because of JJ. Rob just gets the credit for it just like he got the credit for AD although he’s there because of LeBron. Rob & F.O. doesn’t have the juice to wheel in Greats Elites & Stars and they’re all in denial of it. Gotta get right people in office who can wheel them in and who can make the right moves and decisions.

Change as in go back to being a sub-500 team that didn't make the playoffs and couldn't attract free agents. LeBron is the only reason the Lakers enjoyed as much success as they have. The team will immediately become unwatchable when he leaves. Everyone knows AD cannot carry a franchise on his own, and no credible coach or star player will join the Lakers as long as Jeanie and Rob are in charge.

While LeBron was still in his prime he got AD and Westbrook to LA along with a slew of Klutch Sports clients. No one believes in Jeanie Buss. Rob Pelinka is seen as wholly unqualified for his job. Players, agents, and opposing GMs are shocked at how few scouts the Lakers employ and how little analytics personnel they have in-house. It's a clown show that's been hidden by the greatness of LeBron James. When he leaves the Lakers will be worse than the Pistons again.
