I'm a huuuge Nuggets fan, but I'm not naive enough to know that the Lakers are the premier franchise in the NBA and have a gigantic national fanbase ala the Dallas Cowboys or New York Yankees. So they are obviously going to get the most of the media attention whether they win or lose. Hopefully, the ascending Nuggets will build a dynasty of their own. If they do that, eventually the media will give the Nuggets their proper due and media attention just like the Lakers get. Until then my friend, we just have to grin and bear it! 😂

@@justthisguy1948 Its not done because Embiid hasn't asked out yet nor is AD on any trading block. Embiid has been known to fade in the playoffs including this one. AD was just the best defensive player in the playoffs and despite his inconsistency on offense was still one of the best offensive players overall in the playoffs. Both guys are super stars. 1 has a ring, 1 doesn't. AD is usually injured in the regular season, hence the lack of an MVP. Embiid (who literally just won the MVP) is often similar in the post season, hence the lack of winning. The only 2 guys right now in their primes that should be deservedly above everybody else and can't do a 1 for 1 if not for each other is Giannis & Jokic. AD right now has a better chance at winning with the Lakers than Embiid does with the 6ers. It is a fair hypothetical trade if the day ever comes. No way on earth I see the 6ers beating the Bucks or the Celtics. Why? Because they've never broken through the east with this current group.
