Good Test Against The #2 Team in The West!!! 🏀 We have to play a Full Game against The Best Teams and even though We won The 2nd Half 66-52, We lost the 1st Half 67-49 (LBJ has to take more than 5 Shots in the 1st Half, especially when AD is Struggling). 🏀 DFS has to Start over Rui and We have to play Matchup Specific Basketball. Example - Max Mirrors Green & DFS Mirrors Thompson the Entire Game. 🏀 Yes, We need another Big Man and HOU (Green/Thompson) are Super Athletic Ballers however, JJ was Out-Coached: having no answer for Brooks guarding AD in the 1st/LBJ only taking 5 Shots in The 1st Half/Green Hunting Rui/Playing Small Ball with Adams in The Game/Max taking the Ball Out.

I want to see the Pincus LAL UTAH trade of wood remove pick protections for 2027 and 2029 pick for Kessler then a separate trade of JHS Gabe and Reddish/Hayes to Chicago for Ayo, Jevon Carter, and Torey Craig for seconds. Really helps our perimeter defense, our interior defense and rebounding and some toughness in general. Plus a back up PG who is more of a true PG

How in the world does Jovan thinks Rui is as offensive upgrade over De’andre Hunter?😂😂😂 Hunter is shooting 44% from 3 he just had his worst game of the season against the lakers but he’s avg almost 20 points coming off the bench, also he’s a way better defender than Rui, I don’t see Atlanta trading with the Lakers, even if Lakers just wanted Hunter or Daniels, let alone trading for both with what we have to offer

I was trying to come up with an argument for it in the moment but yeah, Hunter is better offensively. I still think they’re closer than the numbers suggest. Hunter is the No. 3 and sometimes No. 2 option, whereas Rui is at best the distant No. 4 (and when DLo was still there, sometimes No. 5). For as bad as Rui has been lately, they’re similar efficiency-wise. Hunter has taken a leap this year, for sure. I think he’s better. And that’s why I ultimately said I don’t think Atlanta would do the deal. They get worse at two positions. If you’re LA, I think you’d have to strongly consider using both picks there. But I don’t see Atlanta doing that.

@ Wood or JHS, depends on who the Jazz would prefer. Remove protection on 2027 FRP and give them the 2029 FRP. If it’s a dealbreaker I personally would be giving up a first round pick swap to get this deal done. 2028? Do it as soon as possible. Why? 1. In the Cavs game and last game against the rockets we saw we need more size and rebounding. Kessler is a very good upgrade to this problems. 2. you have time to see how Kessler fits in and you can do another move until the trade deadline, when we can see what the team is missing

This is the move Pelinka has to make to alleviate the rebounding pressure off AD and unlock him on offense consistently.
