In spite of his shortcomings the overall defensive numbers with this team should now rise as more return and the starting lineup fluidly depends on matchups but it's the closing lineup that matters most. Once whole, they'll be lethal. Remember, they usually play better as the season progresses and last season they were one the hottest teams going into the playoffs as they were for the WCF run. DLo outscored the new guys against a better team than the Blazers. There's no excuses if JJ's hires don't work out.
@jaydot49564 күн бұрын
Nobody said DLo couldn’t score but having DLo and Reaves on the same team is redundant, they are both offensive minded guards that can’t defend, you don’t need two guys like that.

DLO could walk and the Lakers would get nothing for him. The team had no choice but trade him.

@CarlosGutierrez-qw6pr Go look at his career stats - they're very underwhelming. And I've been watching, reading about and analyzing NBA basketball since 1990 - you're the casual.

@CarlosGutierrez-qw6pr Yes, he's improved - I was probably a little harsh on him at first. Let's see how he shoots over the next 10 game stretch.

Knecht needs to shoot more. I don’t think he is getting in any rhythm. I think he is being ignored a bit when he is open.
