Huh? Zion’s performances aren’t a problem, he has a high FG and averages like 27 PPG , his problem is just staying healthy , which obviously is to do with the city and pels training staff.

@@officialdownload4You’re 3 season late buddy, Zion is averaging 22.6ppg on 45% fg, 33% 3pts and 66% Ft this season, thats a true shooting % of only 52%, that’s horrible+ we already have 2 old guys who can’t go 100% for even 70 games, and 1 of them is AD, and even tough he has improved his 3pts shooting this season, team still give him the Ben Simmons/Westbrook treatment so he can’t space the floor very well, and then Lebron (In reg season), and Rui, Reaves and D-Lo are all bad perimeter defenders, and even AD isn’t the best regular season defender because like i said he’s old and injury prone and can’t give 100% so his transition defense is horrible … So the Zion trade doesn’t make any sense for us, he doesn’t provide shooting and floor spacing and he doesn’t provide defense, and if he is playing at his current level on offense i’d rather have Julius Randle, but if he can comeback to his 2020,2021 level when he averaged 27ppg on 61%fg and his athleticism was off the chart and he was basically unguardable 1 on 1, then yeah i would take the chance but we haven’t seen this Zion since a long time now …

As a Pel's fan I wish we traded Zion, Ingram, and CJ. Got a nice pick with Hawkins but he's still super raw. Trey and Herb are the future but other orgs seem to want them and I can understand why tbh. Also not sure how management thought we didn't need a decent centre. Most the fans knew the season wouldn't be good as we had no real plan at centre. As good as Messi has been some games he's not what we need if winning is the goal.

I'm always so confuzed why NO had a win now mentality when their superstar was adjusting to the nba grind. He never even figured out the health side of it, and they mortgaged their future trying to compete against teams that were right in the middle of their peaks. They traded away so much of a young core that could have developed together. Now the star looks like a bust, assets are messed up, and you got a bunch of overpaid dudes that don't gel.

The team can play much fluidly without Lebron because they are limited putting points on the board so you have to play creatively and with discipline. It’s been like that with all Lebron teams but they can’t get far without him when going into the postseason.. outside of AD, no one on the roster is going to put up 30+ points every game. They would look better defensively most times but you still gotta score.
