I was there! I was only 8 at the time but that game is still one of my most cherished childhood memories. We had amazing seats (2nd row) and I was right near where Shaq jumped into the crowd at 2:27

This Blazers team was so deep that Jermaine O'Neal was getting no minutes. As soon as he hit Indiana he was an all-star. Damn, to think this was a decade ago. I'm a Laker guy, but looking at the young talent that Portland has now AND then, you can just see how well-run of an organization it is.
@chicnstu90215 жыл бұрын
Was fortunate to be at this game and what a moment. After a few failures with Kobe and Shaq in the playoffs they drew a line in the sand and made there stand. What a game, what moment will always have a special place for those 00" teams. Take us home Kobe for a title in 09". Let's Go Lakers!!

The lakers are cowards. They got league assistance to beat the Kings in 2002 and that is a fact ! Now you have to wonder in 2000 if there was league assistance. The lakers have a permanent shit stain on their legacy because of 2002. The Sacramento Kings are the real champs

great vid...besides all the highlights i especially like the use of facial expressions to show the tension/ emotion of the game. I remember the big 3s by Shaw, Horry, and Kobe, I remember Shaq's jump hook to take the lead and obviously I remember the alleyoop. But I forgot how awesome the Lakers defense was during the comeback! Those blocks were sick

The 2000-2004 Lakers were the most exiciting, capitavtating, and dramatic sports team of all time. They had it all the cast of characters was legendary the personailties just had so much charisma, there so many moments, comebacks, game winners. With those teams no deficit was too big to be overcome. It was just something else RIP 2000-2004 L.A.Lakers

It was the best rivalry in the NBA at the time. I'm hoping it'll get back to that now with Kobe vs. Roy, Aldridge vs. Gasol, Oden vs. Bynum, etc.
