Rather for the roster to be like It is now instead of how it was before Lebron came here. Those teams didn't come anywhere near a playoff appearance in those years. It’s the Lebron effect. You can’t change it until he leaves. The difference this time though is that he hasn’t left yet. He left everywhere else before it got this bad. The Lakers are stuck with him this time because for once he doesn’t want to leave. Plus, they don’t want to be known as the franchise that traded him away. The same people criticizing them for having Lebron would switch to hating them for trading him along with all the others who are already criticizing them for not doing enough for Lebron.

@@cheaboiMWA Regarding Vogel, it is not a coach problem for sure. It is more on Russel Westbrook but they're locked up with his contract. Since Westbrook and Vogel doesn't have good relationship they decided to fire Vogel instead. Regarding Ham, he doesn't have good system and clearly not an X/O coach but they don't have a choice at that time, the available coaches were not good. Have you seen that meme when he wrote something on the board during timeout instead of creating a play, he wrote some words of encouragement when clearly in that situation they need him to make a play. Another factor that Reddick might be a good fit as a coach aside from his knowledge in X/O was, he have great relationship with Lebron which is the offensive leader on the court and clearly he respect JJ. If the Lakers will hire JJ, this is the first coach that will be hired as a Lebron guy. Vogel and Ham are not Lebron's guy, because Lakers fk'd up in hiring Ty Lue
