Lakes Entrance Offshore (NO BAIT CHALLENGE) in the 4M Tinnie!

When I heard about Melbourne lockdown 4.0 I quickly packed and hit the road to Metung, Gippsland.
The next few videos coming are all fished on whatever I could find laying around the beach house! Two of the rods are snapped, although in an upcoming gummy video you will see the 3rd rod snap!

Quick question what app do you use for the weather at lakes entrance

It depends how far offshore I’m going. For the most part and a quick look I use Willy weather. At the end of day I think all the apps use BOM stats.

Squid are actually very rare around Lakes Entrance. I don't know what it is but they are only around every now and again.

A mate of mine has caught a southern calamari at Lakes Entrance near the footbridge before. I've only had luck with arrow squid and octopus on 6mile.

Like ya videos mate but i just want to say with that Jig-Em rig you're using i've been told that you need to take one hook off as they're actually illegal with a 3 hook setup. Just don't want you getting done for it. You might be able to check it out but that;s what i've been told, cheers.

Catching just legal snapper, and keeping them and that's after stretching the tail into next week would rather watch my toddler try to get goldfish out of the fish tank 😂
