This is a real nice looking trail! I loved the rushing water. The little wooden bridge at about 1:18 looked a little scary haha. Loved the waterfalls and the views 😍 Look at that fog and all of the clouds rolling right around you. Gorgeous hike my friend :)

Thanks for your comments! I made my goal of reaching the lake at about 5K ft elevation, but changed my mind about optionally continuing another 1000 ft to Washington. Thanks for watching my friend !

Indeed, clouds/mist all over the water as if it is a mysterious dreamland@3:58. Do you mind me asking any season or timewise I have to consider to see the "Lake of the Clouds" ?Fascinating place. Great video! I had hiked this trail a couple summers ago, up to Monroe. Unfortunately, the clouds rolled in just before the hut. Yours looked like a beautiful day. Thanks for sharing!

@@Beyond2020 I seemed to have a knack for getting to the top of Washington on special days, totally unplanned. Three times I’ve been up there when the crowds were unreal. Once during the foot race, once for the bicycle race, and once when the parking lot was completely full of motorcycles and ATVs!
