My erectors and maybe my lats have a tendency to tighten up too fast when doing back exercises. My glutes, hamstrings, upper back and core are all weak. I think it's time for a big reversal.

How safe are these exercises for lower back disc slip condition

The extension exercise as well as the camel exercise would be good for a disc shifting as it helps to encourage the disc back into alignment. Most discs shift posteriorly and laterally and often with flexion so the opposite movement of extension helps encourage the disc into position.

Bad deadlift form right there. Keep a natural arch on your lower back at all times. If your form is like that with only the barbell, you probably will injury yourself with more weight in the future.

I was watching this guy till I see him dead lift, this blows millions of backs out. Every old guys will tell you he Wished he would have never done them, Oh its all about form, LMAO, dead lift - life of pain, DONT DO IT, wear out your back.
