I think you should work aggressively to get these homeless people off our street corners, outside our neighborhoods, by & behind our retail stores, at our stop lights panhandling, under our overpasses, in our woods. These folks need the help, our society has just thrown them away like they are yesterdays trash.😢 Will you be the first person to actually do something about this mental health & potentially crime issue just waiting to happen either to us or to them? ALL the taxpayers money that goes into infrastructure, roads etc... is that really a DIRE URGENT NECESSITY, so much more can be done with the billions spent. Human lives need to be repaired NOT ROADS, NOT NEW BUILDINGS, etc.

Shooter born in El Salvador as Jeffery Genesse Escalante-Moreno, a female. the name Jeffery, is like Sidney, can be for boys or girls. She has been booked in Texas on theft, false ID, and always listed as female. Another name used was Genesse Ivonne Moreno. She a guy named Carranza, a registered sex offender. Then they were divorcing, with a custody battle over their child. Carranza's mother, supposedly a Rabbi, also entered the custody battle on behalf of her grandson, so there was tension with the mother-in-law. M-i-L stated that Jeffery was diagnosed as schizophrenic, and was making the boy sick, or munchausen syndrome by proxy.
