Stop the new students that they are bringing now . But reuse the students we have in the country let them get a new study and work permit and settle them in rural cities . No point of sending the people we already have and bringing new people through student or express entry stream.Also cities like Brampton or Surrey need to rebrand themselves and create diversity.
