Maybe we should have a cap on how much money from state goes to northern states. There should be a rule that atleast 50% of the tax collected by union from each state should be returned back to the state under devolution of these funds.

@@AjithKumar-ih6sz Even King 👑 during Princely 🤴🏻 states of India. Made sure all the districts received equal shares of development funds with the taxes they had collected. It doesn’t have to take 70 years for the IAS supported elected stupid politicians to figure out atleast to set aside 50% of the taxes collected to the respective states for development and the rest of the 50% for schemes both by Centre and States on equality for everyone. Confusion leads to Corruption in the whole system.
