*KRAMPUS* ending is a little weird (Movie Commentary & Reaction) Krampus 2015

The ending is rather confusing. One theory is that he trapped them in snow globes. Another theory is that they're safe, and the snow globe is just his way of keeping an eye on them.

Theres actually two ways to interpret the ending. Either A, they all got captured and they now have to spend eternity in a snow globe stuck together in Krampuses workshop. Or B they all got a taste of what Krampus can do and the Snow Globe is how he monitors them form now on in case they lose the Xmas spirit again. Personally I like to think this is their second chance and their just on the watch list because Eternity in an Xmas nightmare sounds too much for me.

I remember reading somewhere that the director said that at the ending they did escape. It’s just that Krampus just watches them through the snow globe forever more to make sure they don’t fail again. So they’re free, but they gotta behave. The whole “he sees you when you’re sleeping, he knows when you’re awake, he knows when you’ve been bad or good so be good for goodness sake”

I think they arent dead, and they arent in the snowglobe, but the snowglobe is how Krampus watches them after forgiving them.

They aren’t actually in the snow globe. It’s just Krampus’ way to keep an eye on them. So basically, everything that happened did happen, but because of Max’s wish, Krampus decided to spare them, and they’re still themselves. However, only Max and his grandmother knew what they all went through, but the family didn’t. And the only reason why the family looked at Max like that was because they had a sense that the bell meant something, they just don’t know what happened. The story/ending used to confuse me when I was 13. But the more I watched it, the more I understood it. :)

Being Snowed in has its Pros and Cons. (i live in Indiana)If it's during the school year, then school gets canceled. Yay! But you most likely can't spend the day off with friends since its dangerous to travel.
