The shade is not your tone at all. It's not lighting problems at all. you can see the difference between your neck, cleavage, and your face. Try a darker shade. It made you look ghostly.

Yes dry skin can also use this.. Bt first prep ur skin.. Don't forget to apply a good quantity of moisturizer

absolutely not, if you have dry skin stay away from Matt foundation. Matt foundation are made for very oily skin. If you're going to use it, moisturize twice and put a good pore filling primer, because your pores will be very clear.
