Brother, I received an email notification from the Nepal Passport Office stating that my passport is ready for collection. However, I have not yet received any text or email from the Nepali Embassy confirming that I can collect it there. Unfortunately, the embassy hasn’t been responsive-they haven’t answered my calls or replied to my emails. I don’t want to drive six hours only to find that the passport hasn’t arrived at the Nepali Embassy. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello brother when did you receive your email? they send text message to Nepal’s number that you provided while filling form might be good idea to wait for 3/4 days and then visit the embassy even when you don’t receive any further communication from them.

you are correct in this case you will have to visit the embassy in canberra where you did your biometrics for collection you can also get it delivered by post best wishes

Please start checking 10 min before 10am Canberra time and better to open the website in multiple devices like laptop, mobile and browsers and keep refreshing until you see the date. as a citizen hamilai reschedule garne option nabhako le, i think it’s fair to rebook another appointment. I think it’ll be better to rebook if you aren’t able to change your date. Malai teti problem hola jasto ta lagdaina but would suggest to contact the embassy but again they are very hard to get hold of. better dafe than sorry, feri arko book garda huncha jasto lagcha hai malai chai best wishes

Hello Sabina this is a very interesting scenario. hunata masanga exact answer ta chaina but tapaiko envelope ko maximum width/ weight exceed nagare samma problem huncha jasto lagdaina. bhitra sticky note ma note lekhera rakhidida huncha. but if you’re in doubt better get separate envelopes.
