A narcissist cuts to the core. People who haven’t experienced, won’t understand. It left me questioning everything and everyone because I thought I went into the relationship wise and when you realize the fairy tale was fake and who you fell in love with doesn’t exist …you lose faith in yourself…your judgment ..it’s a very challenging journey to heal from and it’s best to take time and heal otherwise you will repeat it and end up with another toxic person.

When my ex and I separated I didn't have sex for 8 mths. I dated a little for about a yr after that and did sleep with some ppl during that time but it felt like I was forcing it because I was so unhappy. After that yr I haven't had sex in over a year. Idc I need to get over everything the right way and let things happen naturally whenever that is. I can wait. I have no interest in it at all at this moment.

I was with a narcissist and when I found out the truth and everything he was doing and who he really was I couldn’t even think about sex or letting anyone touch me. It took a lot of healing. And now I’m happily married but I will never forget the trauma from the douche bag narc.

Did Lala just vape? I haven’t watched the whole interview yet. However I just started vaping and have been a cigarette smoker for a long time! I know I’m gonna get shit for this but I went to a vape store. I’ve done a lot of researching on vaping and wanting to quit cigarettes! I Have not had a Cigarette since last Monday which is huge for me! If you go to the right store vaping is way way way safer than cigarettes! If I can do it, anyone can do it!!!
