This is another very long video and my battery died in the middle of it😅I can't show you my beautiful skin after the treatment but let me tell you, my skin is super soft and bright and I feel super refreshed after it✨🥰 I have to say it's a great day spa. I was just thinking about how badly their hands must hurt sometimes, I’m sure after a while they get used to it but I have experience with exfoliating myself in the shower with sugar scrub and let me tell you it hurts after a while

It is a blend of Thai herbs and other ingredients that are intended to remove dead cells and brighten the skin. Usually, each spa has its own recipe, but the main ingredients that are commonly used are tamarind pulp, coffee grounds, Thanaka powder, aloe vera pulp, turmeric powder, honey, and etc.😊

Not sure about weight, but I heard this treatment can be bad if you have heart condition with the heat so I think that's why they check blood pressure!

Weight checking because some claim that this therapy can help lose weight. The blood pressure check because this therapy is not suitable for people with high blood pressure or heart problems :)
