I'm so glad you did this. You needed to fine the root of your back & neck pain. I'm happy to see you received your first neck adjustment. It was really difficult to hear you crying and to see how much pain you were in. You're a strong woman Lalek. 25-35-45 you look really good no matter your age.

I'm glad too! I still remember chatting with you in another video's comment that I was terrified of the neck adjustment (I still do terrified) But I have to admit I really feel better from the neck-shoulder pains, spontaneous better after the crack!! It's amazing!!

These kind of asmr help those in pain. Because the shadow effect helps their pain, which makes it more relaxing for them. Lower back cracks in asmr help me to relax

Someone didn't like all the camera angle changes. Personally, if only one camera was used, your camera guy and editor are frikn geniuses. It comes across like you had multiple cameras in there, and the editing was so fluid between shots, no awkward jumping. Top notch quality.

Hey Lalek! how did you feel after the session? did you have fever later?

I felt sore all over my body and very tired the whole day after the session (I did the session at about 1 pm) But I didn’t have any fever nor need to take any painkillers medicine. *secret is I drank just hot beverages, no ice no cold water no alcohol* And I had a very good deep sleep that night and woke up very freshy the next morning!! 😊☀️🎉👏❤️
