I use Simeticone/Simethicone when I get the bloat from gas. It works as a surface tension reducer on the gas and allows it to expel (either exit 😁) much more easily. It works really quickly, too. Edit: I love your candor and no holding back, it makes the videos much more 'this is a real person going to the doctor with real issues' rather than 'this was all made up for video content'. Keep up the good work!

I have got a good relief and by following the doctor suggestion (drink ginger tea after meals and also I did eat less peanuts😅) I think I have a lot less bloating now

Thank you for your suggestion! I will try the chamomile (I like it but it’s a bit pricy herb here in Thailand as it isn’t the local herb). By the way, I tried drinking fresh ginger tea as the doctor in this video suggested and I feel I have less gas and my belly is more flat now 😃

Yes, bloating may caused by consuming some allergic foods. In my case, I just noticed myself has a bloating belly from eating peanuts (I enjoy eating peanuts after dinner almost every day) so now I am changing to eating corn for a snack😆😂
