@@MrDrMeow you're joking right? LJ is more like Vick, RG3 or Kap than Tebow (who I liked). 1) Tim Tebow has 9285 passing yards in college compared to 9043, but Tebow had an additional year in college 2) Lamar had better throwing mechanics but lower accuracy and less attempts in college. 3) Tebow was more of a power runner like Cam Newton. LJ is more mercurial and is much faster from stop or in a cut. Tebow would likely be more durable as well, but LJ avoids the big hit quite well. 4) Tebow NEVER blew out a team. His run of wins were harrowing nailbiters! LJ, not so much 5)Tebow never improved his game! His mechanics and passing stayed terrible. Meanwhile, NO ONE could say they saw this from LJ this early. His normal games look like vick in philly vs the Steelers on MNF. 6) Nick said it. LJ is on pace to throw for over 3k with 30+ touchdowns. 7) LJ has more touch, accuracy and power than Tebow. And no one feared Tebow throwing. 8) Tim tebow never had more than 9 touchdowns in a season (17 in his total career). Lamar has had multiple 3+ TD games this year. Last year the similarities were only due to how bad he was. The young man put in work, and still isn't getting the respect from people who said neither player should be a QB.

Despite the name, the MVP award is NOT about who's "most valuable to their team," as so many people seem to think. Traditionally, it's gone to the QB on a team with the best or second-best record in the league that scores the most points or second-most points. Whether you agree with that or not, that's just the way it is. By that standard (and just about every other standard), Lamar is clearly the MVP. Case closed.

Exactly. "Most valuable player in the league", meaning which single player would add the most value to ANY team they went to. And if you look back at history the year that we won the Superbowl back in 2000 our defense was historically great the our offense was lackluster until the playoffs. This is a lesson for all the young people and all the bandwagon Baltimore fans out there, there was a point in that season where our offense didn't score a touchdown for four games in a row and a couple of those games not even a field goal. Our defense was so good and scoring touchdowns kind of like the Patriots this year emphasis on kind of LOL, that I'm not counting them out until they get knocked out of the playoffs officially. If that even happens lol. To end my point once the playoffs started our offense started scoring touchdowns and getting better and eventually beat the Giants, then a year after the Patriots dynasty started

Other way around. Nick Wright doesn't get the sport of football and thinks it's about stats. He's a Chiefs homer who is desperate to hang his hat on things that may not be a reality in January.

As a Ravens fan, I lol'd when he said the Ravens have a good roster without Lamar. I'm not blind fanatic but you only need two eyes to see where the team was going with the same offensive line with Joe at the beginning of last season. Joe gave us a SB so no disrespect but Lamar has elevated everyone's play by buying time (for o line) and energizing the whole organization.
