KG got that Eddie House treatment smack in the back of his head like a child
@xelefonte7 жыл бұрын
Ahaha why you gotta bring up Eddie House just cause he's the posterchild for being pimp-slapped across the back of the head

Lol, props to Aldridge for fighting back
@Jourah111 жыл бұрын
hes not a tough guy but he is one of the best ever. He gets into peoples heads and throws off their game therefore geting the victory. Kevin Garnett is all about winning and thats why he is the way he is.

Bro got slapped in the back of the head like your dad did yu as a kid and KH kept it moving😂😂😂😂

I love watching KG and LA go at it. Aldridge always looks at Garnett like "give me a break, bitch" the whole game.

@blazecyberman did someone make a ocmparison? that's pretty dumb, they're different positions and hakeems footwork was unparalleled

I totally agree. When he had to take the big shot he wasn't up to it. He turtled up. 2 hall of famers behind him and he's the baddest man alive.

no i was talking about the time anthony peeler hit KG and he didnt do anything back... this was obviously in the regular season since they are in different conferences.. they would have to meet in the finals to play each other in the playoffs.
@ncheelz2812 жыл бұрын
best moment of my injury life was losing a tooth, showing it to the ref and getting the foul call because of it, and winning the game by 2 points when the kid scored a lay-up after hitting me, but it got taken away.
@jrzy4912 жыл бұрын
According to basketballreference the game was played on Dec 30, 2008 and the Blazers won 91-86. Aldridge had 20 and 7, Garnett 17 and 8.

@Habeev07 same goes for monta ellis, hes dropping 26 ppg 5 assists and 3 rebounds standing only 6'3 at shooting guard position for one of the worst teams golden state warriors, and still no love, and still not an all star.. i dont understand man

@rev18x2 I understand where your coming from but, its a good thing they cut a lot of that stuff down. Players are a little sensitive, now especially the young ones, could you imagine how many fights there would be in the NBA today . There would be a fight every week( and Im fiending for another NBA fight, Lebron vs anybody).

Personally I like both players. I live in portand, and Know LA is normally a gently man and rarely talks trash or gets angry, but I like the style of KG, he remindes me of the old SHEED days. Neither guy takes trash from other players.

yea i still respect the oldies though. without them, the game wouldn't have advanced at all, so they get all my respect

Why blame people for only knowing about their own generation of basketball? Can you walk around knowing what it was like watching people like Wilt and all them? Probably not, unless you're old. It's not ignorance, it's just simply not growing up in that era. And like you said, you can only "learn the history" but still you wouldn't know all about a different era without living through it.
@nvs61714 жыл бұрын
@playerhatrz I wasn't talking about the season I'm talking about playoffs lol.... That's all that really matters... Yeah Aldridge may be "tougher" than Garnett but I don't see Portland getting a ring anytime soon... That's if they even make the playoffs this year.... They're playing good basketball this year but injuries put them in danger

Agreed, I liked KG, too. But he's turning into a damn punk now, at least on the court. I wonder what would have happened if he tried this back in the '80s against Bird or any of the Pistons or Patrick Ewing or David Robinson. KG would have gotten a major attitude adjustment...maybe that's what he needs, someone to hit him really hard and knock some sense into him. Shaq might want to do it...
@ViolentHuman14 жыл бұрын

@MzCeltics9 he has the looks i give you that but i know one player whos showed his toughness not throw looks but playing through the harshest of situation...Steve Nash.Broken nose twice,chipped tooth,elbowed in the mouth by karl malone,busted lip that needed stiches,eye swelled shut for one playoff series and a half,and a gash on the bridge of his nose which he played and scored 7 straight points until he was forced to leave the game.To me thats tough way more than a look on someones face

The west was/is tougher because there were/are more high quality teams that are competing, considering there were teams with winning records that got left out in the west, whereas winning with a .400 record was/is almost a guaranteed playoff spot in the east. Boston won't do it twice, they're falling fast now, especially since the Cavs are so much better this year, the east is no longer a bunch of pushovers plus the Celtics. Watch out for the Cavs.
