This is really good , I made it using beef, I don't have all the spices so I only use what is available in my pantry, cardamoms powder, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, chilli and salt, I blend a whole garlic head and ginger plus onion, add acv and olive oil, marinated it with beef meat, it was delicious, my friend that don't like beef even eat it and live it. Thanks
