Go for it! I have a couple of drum libraries but somehow I always fall back to Invasion. Make sure you check out the other tracks too you might like them (a lot of them are with Invasion).

Them kick drums or whatever the proper name is, im no drummer. But at the 4 minute mark that beat he's creating with them kick drums is unlike anything I've ever heard. Usually it's a repetitive type of beat. This is different, and I noticed it long long ago and always loved it. He handles the shit out of the beat at 4 minutes. Really haven't heard drummers like this. This song as a whole is one of the best songs on this already amazing album. Good lord, the Ashes instrumental is just brutal in the beginning. Them guitars are just chugging like champ. And lastly, Randy got down in this album, I can actually hear what he's saying and even with his roaring deep voice. He's a gem. Anyone can yell and scream and fuck up any song just like most metal singers do, but Randy gets down unlike any other. Thanks for this bro much love

Man - this album is just something I could listen to forever. I actually remember when I first saw the music video for Laid To Rest. I had no idea what it is and was super confused by the 'death metal' vocals on such a technical track that is more than anything just pure groove and epic riffs. I never thought I would fall in love with them so much haha. But yes - the way he wrote out his parts just connected with me (I am a guitarist but a drummer in my heart). I think his approach was super unique cause he treated his sections like a guitar riff. Not just play something randomly - everything was though out and in place. Awesome drummer - awesome songwriter - really miss him in LoG! And yes - THIS IS THE BEST LOG ALBUM PERIOD!

@@JayKayProductions PER-I-OD. I know these tracks take time to recreate. Lots of people have been looking for this I'd imagine. I looked years ago and didn't find and was rummaging through Chris Adlers Drummerworld performance and it popped up. And I agree. LOG just won't be the same after that synergy is gone. It's not the same, Sacrament was their last really good album. Wrath was ok. It's always the first 3 or 4 albums with bands that are the best. Think it has something to do with passion in the beginning and money in the end. But I don't know for sure. But yeah man, like I said, these tracks take you time to make and it's much appreciated by the community for sure. 🫡

Yeah, I can kinda agree with that statement (the first part for sure, about Chris - the second part about money depends on the band). I think as a band member once you do something for a while you wanna change a bit and grow. Fans don't relate to that as they only know you by the music you put out. For me a good example was Metallica with Reload and Load. I actually love both of those albums and I think they sounded really good in them as it fit their age and style. More hard rock than metal. But OGs and hardcore fans did not agree. I guess I would have shot myself if I had to play Enter Sandman and For Whom The Bell Tolls as many times as they did XD But yeah - for me As The Palaces Burn and Ashes of The Wake are super OP and always a pleasure to listen to! Love them from start to finish!

@@AndJusticeForAll...1985 oh the sound on the original is kinda cringe - but there is a remastered/remixed version out for a while now and it sounds much better. Give that version a listen!

Hey Jimmy, thanks for the comment. You are correct - when I was uploading these I was not thinking about people playing along to them - it was more of a challenge for me to program the tracks by ear from listening to the original. If I do any in the future I will add a hihat count in.

Hmm...I think there is an app called Moises (for android and iOS) where you can upload a track and it will separate the audio. It's not perfect but pretty good. Give it a go and see - cause these drum tracks are all hand written by me by ear from the original audio track :)
