Well done Georgia on your first lambing. Being Swiss and travelled all german speaking countries I have never seen Flakes there. Living in Dunsandel now, will definitely try them.

We have flakes in the UK. When they are stuck in an ice cream cone it’s called a “99”.

Not to bad after that storm - just watched Cammi on the Sheep Games - Lambing 2024 day 1 he had 6 ewes lamb triplets and all the lambs died 18 lambs on day one, they had terrible weather for 2024 right across Scotland - Lambing is hard mentally but you are right you have to find the happiness like having fun with Georgia throwing rocks in the pond - well done Georgia that was a great lamb pull

Yeah he just mentioned on his podcast that he had 25% mortality, mostly triples. Tough going.

Georgia, We don't have flakes here, but we have Twix, snickers, mars bars and the like 😊 my favorite is snickers because it has peanuts ✌️

Thanks for the video. Georgia, as others have said we have flake here in Aussie, it’s good, but we also have a “twirl”; it’s basically a flake, which is then dipped in chocolate again, I think they are great.

Good job Georgia. Yes Flake bars are yummy here in Australia- the kiwi made ones are nicer though! (I was born in Napier NZ so always Kiwi made is better! 🍫🍫🍫👍🐨

I love flakes, New Zealand flakes are great. Mostly only buy them to put on a pavlova though, no idea why, cos they are yummy. 🇳🇿

If Georgia dropped her chocolate bar on the ground....would that make snowflakes 😅 Glad the weather has calmed down a bit...y’all look tired but relieved the weather has turned a bit. Good luck . We just finished spring barely harvest in uk (all me wheat failed due to constant rain) just maize to go now,then plant stubble turnips and buy some cheap lambs 😬

Bad timing with that cold snap. Saw it on YT news. I remember when we used to ski at Mt Hutt as kids, always some lambs on the ground. Always felt sorry for them but as you say, a belly of colostrum and a smart ewe hopefully can negate some of the weather.
